Welcome. Here's what you can expect.
Moving somewhere new can feel like a lot. This page tells you a bit about what living with us is like, and the people who are here for you.
Your key worker
From day one you'll have a key worker, a friendly member of staff who is your main point of contact. They'll meet you each week to help you plan things and work towards your goals, and you can go to them with anything.
Your space
You'll have your own room with your own key, and you're welcome to make it yours. There's space to relax, and staff around when you want them.
Staying safe
Your safety comes first. We'll talk through how to stay safe, and you can always tell a staff member if something doesn't feel right.
Your rights and having a say
You have a right to be involved in decisions about you. If you'd like someone independent on your side, you can have an advocate, and we'll help you get one. You can also have your say in meetings about your future.
If you're unhappy
If something is wrong, tell us. You will never get into trouble for complaining. You can talk to staff, or use our complaint form.
